About me
I’m Nia! Also known as “Neonsten” or “nyeeeon”
I'm a freelance Live2D Animator and Digital Illustrator based in Thailand.
I’m a uni student and I’m currently studying 2D/3D Animation :D
In 2019 I dropped out from Law School and joined Art School.
I decided to become a Twitch streamer and freelance artist on the side to earn food money.
I started small with no mic and only muted cozy art streams. Until I gained enough confidence to start using a mic and eventually debuted as a Vtuber in 2021.I like cats and jasmine tea.Graphic tablets:

TERMS OF SERVICE
BY COMMISSIONING ME IN ANY KIND OF WAY, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW.I. GENERAL TERMS
- I have the right to decline your commission.
- First come, first serve. (Rush fee: 10% of the total price)
- Most of the commissions will be streamed unless the client wishes not to
- Credits are still required for artwork usage even if edited or modified.I, the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that I providedII. PAYMENT
- NO REFUND
- All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
- Payment through Arbum or PayPal.
(THB are only accepted if the person is solely from Thailand)III. PROCESS
- Once payment is complete, I will start on the sketch
- Once the sketch has been approved, I will start coloring.
- Once everything has been confirmed, I will send the commissions VIA Email or Discord.
- The time for your commission to be completed can be up to 4 months depending on many factors such as; Health, order of the commission, complexity, Work, school or family issues.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
I will do everything I can to make my customers happy.
However after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made.
Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself in my portfolio or site.The commissioner is allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.
- If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way unless discussed upon)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY
- I have the right to cancel your commission at any time.
- You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payments are received.
- If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.

BEING A FULL-TIME COLLEGE STUDENT WHO ALSO DOES STREAMING, PLEASE NOTE THAT I MIGHT TAKE A WHILE WITH COMMISSIONS.
THERE MAY ALSO BE PERSONAL/HEALTH-RELATED REASONS FOR THE DELAY.
