Hi! I’m Nia (also known as Neonsten or nyeeeon)
I prefer to go by Neon or Sten online :D
I’m a freelance Live2D Animator and Digital Illustrator from Thailand.
I graduated with a degree in 2D/3D Animation, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business.I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember :D I just really like drawing and animating, haha!

In 2019, I dropped out of Law school to study Animation.
During the COVID lockdowns, I started streaming on Twitch because I wanted to make new friends. At first, I didn’t even have a microphone, so my streams were just muted, cozy art streams. As I got more comfortable, I started talking on stream and eventually debuted as a VTuber in 2021.Somehow, chat also got me into metal and rock music! I like to think it made me at least 20% cooler. Thanks, bros! You guys made me cultured xDAs my community grew, I started feeling a little insecure because people would sometimes ask if I was faking my voice or using a voice changer. I just want to clear that up, I have absolutely no idea how to use one. You could ask my OG viewers if I sounded like this back when I stream with my built-in laptop mic (the quality was ass IIRC). Apparently, I was just born with this voice! So… if you’ve ever wondered, now you know.I also have a little cat-dragon mascot named Goongeon!
Lore-wise, I’m a water dragon because I’m a weird little Capricorn/Aquarius combo, and my birth year is the Goat… so that’s why my horns look somewhat goat-like. It all makes sense if you don’t think about it too hard xDI stream mostly in English, but I also speak Thai!
I grew up in northern Thailand, where we have our own dialect. Then I got yoinked to central Thailand, went to an English school, and somehow managed to nerf both my Thai and my English in the process 💀 (Somewhere along the way, my northern vocab faded…)I also like cats and jasmine tea.

TERMS OF SERVICE

• DOWN TO AGREE

Thanks for considering me for your commission! Please only start a request if you find the service details and my Terms of Service acceptable.

BY COMMISSIONING ME IN ANY KIND OF WAY, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW.

1. GENERAL TERMS
- I, the artist, am not responsible if the client fails to read the Terms of Service provided.
- I reserve the right to decline any commission.
- Most commissions will be streamed (NDA work is negotiable).
- Credit is required for any use of the artwork, even if it has been edited or modified. (@neonsten or @nyeeeon)
- Once a commission is completed, only minor revisions are allowed. Major changes will incur an additional fee.
- You must be over 18 years old and have sufficient funds to purchase digital goods. Chargebacks are not permitted under any circumstances.

2. PAYMENT
- All commissions must be paid in full upfront, unless otherwise agreed.
- I’m open to installments with a simple 50/50 split: 50% upfront to secure your slot | 50% after completion, before the final delivery
- Payments accepted via PayPal.
(THB payments are accepted only if the client is located in Thailand.)
- Rush orders: +50% of the total price
- NDA commissions: +50% of the total price
- Commercial use (e.g., Merchandising or use as game assets): +50% of the total pricePlease wait until I confirm I’m ready to start working on your commission before making any payments.
I will check with you to confirm your continued interest, helping to avoid refunds or changes later.

3. PROCESS
1. Contact me via Discord or Email to get on my queue list.
2. Wait until I notify you when it’s your turn.
3. Once payment is complete, the process begins.

4. Sketching
5. After sketch approval, I will start coloring.
6. Once everything is confirmed, I will send the finished work via Email or Discord.
- Art source files (.csp) will not be provided unless an additional 20% fee is paid.
- .psd files will be provided if necessary (e.g., cut parts for animation).Live2D Rigging/Animation↓
4. Examining the .psd file.
5. I will request edits from the original artist if needed.
6. I will begin rigging and send work-in-progress (WIP) updates to clients.
7. Once everything is confirmed, I will send the ready-to-use files (VTube Studio) via Email or Discord.
- Rigging files (.cmo3) will not be provided.-----
Completion time for commissions can be up to 2 months, depending on various factors such as health, work, school, or personal issues.Revisions are allowed but should be used thoughtfully. Excessively small changes can extend the timeline and mentally drain the artist.Revisions with big changes will come with extra charges.

4. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I reserve the right to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself through my portfolio or website.
- Stream the creation process (unless under an NDA).The commissioner is allowed to:
- Use the artwork for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed.
- Print the artwork and claim rights to their character(s), but not to the artwork itself.
- Use the artwork to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist (Neonsten or Nyeeeon).
- If any copyright infringement occurs, all rights granted to the commissioner will be revoked.The following are considered copyright infringements:
- Reproducing or using the artwork commercially without prior agreement (i.e., making money from it in any way).
- Claiming credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks or signatures.
- Altering the artwork without the artist’s consent.

5. CANCELING/REFUND POLICY
- If payment has not yet been sent, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
- Once payment has been received, you do not have the right to cancel or request a refund under any circumstances.
- If you request a chargeback when it is not allowed, or if you violate any of the terms, you will forfeit all rights to the commissioned piece.
- In such cases, I reserve the right to use the artwork as I see fit, including for profit.
- I will dispute any unauthorized chargebacks with PayPal, providing our chat history as evidence of completed work.
- Clients who initiate unauthorized chargebacks will be blacklisted and refused future commissions.

NOTE:
BEING A FULL-TIME COLLEGE STUDENT WHO ALSO DOES STREAMING, PLEASE NOTE THAT I MIGHT TAKE A WHILE WITH COMMISSIONS.
THERE MAY ALSO BE PERSONAL/HEALTH-RELATED REASONS FOR THE DELAY.
I WILL TRY MY BEST TO UPDATE THE COMMISSIONER. DON'T BE AFRAID TO DM ME FOR UPDATES!
