About me
I’m Nia! Also known as “Neonsten” or “nyeeeon”
I'm a freelance Live2D Animator and Digital Illustrator based in Thailand.
I’m a uni student and I’m currently studying 2D/3D Animation :D
In 2019 I dropped out from Law School and joined Art School.
I decided to become a Twitch streamer and freelance artist on the side to earn food money.
I started small with no mic and only muted cozy art streams. Until I gained enough confidence to start using a mic and eventually debuted as a Vtuber in 2021.I like cats and jasmine tea.Graphic tablets:

TERMS OF SERVICE
BY COMMISSIONING ME IN ANY KIND OF WAY, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW.
1. GENERAL TERMS
- I, the artist, am not responsible if the client failed to read the terms of service that I provided.
- I have the right to decline your commission.
- Most of the commissions will be stream ( NDA work is negotiable ).
- Credits are still required for artwork usage even if edited or modified. (@neonsten)
- After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Any great changes will come with an extra charge.
- Make sure that you are above 18 and have enough funds to purchase digital goods. You will not issue a chargeback for the commission in any circumstance.
2. PAYMENT
- All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
- Payment through Arbum or PayPal.
(THB are only accepted if the person is solely from Thailand)
- Rush order (+30% of total prices)
- NDA commission (+40% of total prices)
- Commercial use (+25% of total prices)- Please wait until I'm ready to start working on your commission before making any payments.
I'll check with you then to confirm if you're still interested in commission.
This to avoid refunds or changes later on.
3. PROCESS
1. Get yourself on my queue list by contacting me via Discord or Email.
2. Wait until I contact you back once it's your queue.
3. Once payment is completeART↓
5. Sketch approved > I will start coloring.
6. Once everything has been confirmed, I will send the finished work via Email or Discord.
- Art source files .csp won’t be offered.
- .psd file will be offered if necessary (Cut parts for animation).
5. I will ask the original artist for an edit if needed.
6. I will start rigging and send WIPs to clients.
7. Once everything has been confirmed, I will send the ready to use files (Vtube Studio) via Email or Discord.
- Rigging file cmo3 won't be offered.
- Revisions are possible but should be used carefully. Too many small changes will take more time and mentally drain the artist.
- Revisions with big changes will come with extra charges.
4. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:
- Promote myself in my portfolio or website.
- Stream (unless NDA)The commissioner is allowed to:
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art, and claim the rights of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist. (Neonsten)
- If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off it in any way unless discussed upon)
- Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist’s, consent.
5. CANCELING/REFUND POLICY
- You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances AFTER payments are received.
- If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.- If you request a chargeback when you're not allowed or if you break any of the rules, you'll lose all the rights to the commission piece. I'll be able to use it however I want to make profit.
I'll decline the chargeback and show PayPal our chat as evidence that I have completed work for you. You will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

BEING A FULL-TIME COLLEGE STUDENT WHO ALSO DOES STREAMING, PLEASE NOTE THAT I MIGHT TAKE A WHILE WITH COMMISSIONS.
THERE MAY ALSO BE PERSONAL/HEALTH-RELATED REASONS FOR THE DELAY.
I WILL TRY MY BEST TO UPDATE THE COMMISSIONER. DON'T BE AFRAID TO DM ME FOR UPDATES!

Depends on how much you ordered :D
You will get certain amount of discount if you subscribed me on pt - If you don’t feel like subscribing, I mostly announce special prices commission on my discord server.
> Do you do free art?
You can get free art from me by redeeming on twitch (channel points) or art rewards every 3 months (Mar/Jun/Sep/Dec) if you subscribe me tier 3+ on pt.
